Registration Information
Conclave Registration
There are two ways you can register for the W3B Conclave. The fastest and easiest is by registering online using SectionMaster. SectionMaster was developed by arrowmen specifically for use in organizing section conclaves. It is safe and secure. You are required to pay your conclave fee when you register, so a credit card will be needed. You can select your degree and classes when you register. Once registered, you will recieve periodic emails with updates and reminders relating to the conclave. SectionMaster is a trusted data and payment processor, which has been contracted by Section W-3B, headquartered at the Southern Sierra Council of the Boy Scouts of America, to provide services such as event registration, trading post sales, and online payment processing. Data stored on the SectionMaster servers is sole property of Section W-3B, and will not be sold to or shared with any third party by SectionMaster as clearly outlined in the SectionMaster Privacy Policy. Only authorized agents of Section W-3B will be permitted to access data stored on the SectionMaster servers. Due to federal law, minors under the age of 13 may not register online.

If you do not have a credit card, there is an another way you can get registered for Conclave. Once registration opens, you will ba able to download a paper registration form from this page. Download, print, and fill it out completely. The form asks for all the same information as SectionMaster, except you do not need a credit card. Instead, mail the completed form with a check or money order for the appropriate amount, to the address on the bottom of the form. Once your form is recieved and processed, you will receive an email with your receipt and begin receiving all other conclave reminders. Code of Conduct and Media Release Upon registering for the W3B Conclave, whether with SectionMaster, or by mail, you are agreeing to the Conclave Code of Conduct and Media Release. |
