Stuff For Lodge Advisers

Midway
All lodges are encouraged to have a booth at the midway.

Tour Permits
All lodges sending contengents to the Conclave, from Section W3B or from any other section, must file a tour permit at their local concil office.  Anyone traveling more than 500 miles to get to the W3B Conclave will instead need to file a national tour permit through the national office.

Transportation
Review the list of members attendeing from your lodge and verify that each one has transprtation both to and from the Conclave.
